Deberry Heights Pump Station Upgrade

The work to be bid on is generally as follows: The project generally consists of the furnishing of all materials, equipment, and labor for the replacement of the DeBerry Heights Pump Station. The project will include the installation of the new pump station and all related appurtenances as shown on the Drawings. The project will also include all erosion control, excavation, grading, traffic control, and testing necessary to complete the work. The allotted time for construction is 210 calendar days. Upon award of the Contract but prior to commencement of the Work, up to 90 calendar days will be allowed for Contractor to develop schedules, prepare submittals, and order long lead items. During the initial 90-day period, Contractor may submit an initial Application for Payment pursuant to the requirements of Division 01. The 210 days allotted for construction will begin on the Notice to Proceed date. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening date.The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any and all bids.
