Downtown Parking Lot Project

All labor, materials, services, expenses, equipment, direct and indirect costs, lump sum price, to provide a new parking lot of 40 parking spaces, two handicap accessible spaces, pedestrian connections to access historic Main Street, lighting, stormwater mitigation, landscape and utility improvements, conversion of overhead electrical service to underground, and other general improvements.
