Pendleton Armory Roof replacement Project

The purpose of the ITB is to establish a Contract for the Pendleton Armory Roof replacement Project for the benefit of Oregon Military Department (OMD). The Work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. The following range is a project estimate for bonding purposes only: $250K to $270K *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The work in general consists of providing all material, labor and equipment necessary to remove existing roofing assembly down to the structural deck; inspect and repair, preparation and cleaning of the deck/substrate; install seal adhered vapor retarder; mechanically attach 3 inches of polyisocyanurate and 1/2 " HD coverboard; fully adhered 60 mil PVC membrane system, rap the interior parapet walls up over to the outside face with the 60 mil membrane, cap the parapets with new metal; new perimeter metal; new gutters & downspouts; All supplies and materials must be new unused. All incidentals and manufacturer's most recent published requirements to complete the specified 20 year warranted roof assembly.
