| Description | The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, services, and all other necessary incidentals, required to perform complete maintenance of the CRA lots for the City of Homestead. The Community Redevelopment Agency has identified approximately 50 lots, located throughout the City that will need to be maintained. The City periodically acquires new properties and/or sells existing lots and will update the list of properties that need to be maintained.
