IS051R - Reso a Playground Upgrade

As of May 12, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. All activities of the Contractor and its Subcontractors required by the Contract. Work includes, but is not limited to, procurement of materials, construction of the Project in whole or in part, and administration and coordination of subcontracts. The Work shall include not only Contractors obligations that are expressly set forth in the Contract, but also all that is reasonably inferable from the express description of the Work. The Work shall include the activities that Contractor itself performs as well as activities it delegates to its Subcontractors and third parties, and includes, but is not limited to, all documents, reports, studies, tests, inspections and repairs required by the Contract. Value $1,500,001 - $4,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
