Questions Due Date: Jul 12th 2022, 12:00 PM CDT Parkway School District is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the Roof Repair on Hanna Woods Elementary. Each bidder must inform himself fully of the conditions relating to the construction and labor under which the work will be performed, and will be presumed to have inspected the site and to have read and to be thoroughly familiar with the Contract Documents. Failure to do so will not relieve the successful bidder of his obligation to furnish all labor, material and equipment necessary to carry out the provisions of the Contract Documents and to complete the contemplated work for the consideration set forth in his bid. Each bid must be accompanied by a deposit of not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the gross sum named in the bid. The deposit shall consist of a certified check, a cashier's check or a bid bond payable to the Owner.
