| Description | The City of Havre de Grace is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or firms ("Vendors") interested in providing professional, customer-focused janitorial services on a daily/weekly/monthly and/or event driven schedule at three City owned locations. Our Community Centre, Opera House and the STAR Centre. The chosen company will supply all labor, equipment, cleaning supplies and supervision necessary to provide quality janitorial services described in the Scope of Work. The City will continue to provide consumable products for certain locations. The term of this contract shall be for one (1) year beginning March 10, 2023, with renewable options for up to three (3) additional years. Pricing shall remain fixed during the initial contract term. |
