Description | Create Med Room. To create a med room at 3 Jamie Ave in Apalachin. The vendor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to complete the work in a professional manner according to the drawings and below scope of work. 1.Build new partition walls using 2x4 studs, cover with sheetrock and paint to match existing. 2.Install new hardwood Dutch door with integrated shelf and new door trims. 3.Remove existing flooring from entryway through the living room and prepare existing subfloor to install new LVT flooring as shown in the attached drawing. 4.Install cabinets, countertops, and hardware in new med room space as shown in the attached drawing. Cabinet and countertop specs are detailed in the attached drawing. 5.Install base trim on both sides of the new partition walls to match existing. 6.Run a Cat 6 Data line from the server in the office and install a computer jack on the countertop. 7.Install two switches by the door of the med room to control an overhead light and three under cabinet lights. 8.Install six 120v receptacles, three on the countertop, one on the new partition wall, and two on the new living room wall. There are two existing receptacles that are located on the wall where the cabinets will be installed that will need to be raised to above the countertop. 9.A smoke detector will need to be installed in the med room. Contractor will use ADT for the installation and will coordinate with them for the install. 10.Existing overhead lights in the living room will need to be removed, electrical box is to be relocated and one Led light shall be installed. 11.Job shall not be considered complete until all functions have been tested and confirm work in the presence of Plant Superintendent or designee. 12.Contractor is responsible for removal and disposal of debris created during project and for cleaning or repairing any part of the facility damaged during work. 13.Contractor shall warrantee work for a period of one year from date of payment for job. Warrantee shall be for parts and labor. 14.Work shall conform to all applicable codes, be done according to manufacturer’s instructions, and follow industry best practices. |
