| Description | The work consists principally of repairing hurricane wind damage to the standing seam metal roof near the northeast corner of the Pier B South warehouse on the Alabama State Port Authority Main Docks, Mobile, Alabama. Four (4) types of repair are required: 1. Remove and Replace the damaged sections of the existing standing seam metal roof panels, appurtenances and all temporary roof repairs indicated in the attached documents. The Contractor is responsible to verify the dimensions and quantities necessary to complete the work before submitting a bid proposal. 2. Repair the seams of existing standing seam metal roof panels indicated in the attached documents. 3. Reattach existing standing seam metal roof panels at the warehouse eve as indicated in the attached documents. 4. Patch observed punctures or tears in the existing standing seam metal roof panels in the adjacent vicinity to the work areas. |
