Trash Collection, Hauling and Disposal Services within Fresno, Kern, Madera, and Tulare Counties

Purpose and Description of Services 1. The purpose of this Agreement is to set forth the terms and conditions under which the Contractor is to provide trash services for the Clean California Initiative. The Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) all labor, trash and recycle bins, equipment, and incidentals, and to pay all associated costs, fees, disposal fees, and taxes, necessary to provide trash and recycling collection, hauling and legal disposal services. 2. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFB as Attachment 8 for a more complete description of services. It is the bidder's responsibility to use the correct classification determination published by the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
