Republic Mill 1 Brownfield Clearance (Re-bid)

**As of April 27, 2023, this project has been awarded to Hepaco LLC, awarded amount is 979,116.00** Asbestos abatement, demolition, site clearance and proper disposal or debris management in accordance with applicable regulations. Removal of additional structures and concrete will be bid as Alternate 1 and Alternate 2. Subsequent to the air monitoring, an Air Monitoring Report shall be submitted. Further, the air monitor must be a licensed asbestos inspector in case unidentified suspect asbestos is found during the abatement process. The initial asbestos survey, an asbestos project design, and an updated asbestos survey have been performed and are attached. (Attachments 3 and 4). The selected firm shall provide and pay for all materials, laboratory tests, tools, equipment, labor, permits, licenses, fees and professional services, and shall perform all other acts and supply all other things necessary, to fully and properly perform and complete all work. The inspections and report preparation must be performed in accordance with DHEC regulations
