Description

1. All labor, materials and traffic control to complete the project, including installation of a crosswalk including new ramps across Pierce Street on the north side of 17th Avenue. 2. A City of Lakewood permit for the Project. Contractor shall prepare and submit for approval a construction traffic control plan. Contractor must be licensed with the City. 3. New curb, gutter, ramps, asphalt, concrete pavement and sidewalk and any other work required to complete installation, measured on a unit price basis. 4. Coordinate with The City’s Transportation Engineering Division to install the traffic beacons and crosswalk markings as noted in the plans. 5. All work shall be completed to the 2019 CDOT specifications and the details attached to the plan set. 6. Landscape restoration shall include reestablishment of all landscape materials including sod, crusher fines, decorative rock and bark mulch for the areas disturbed by the Project. New material shall match existing material. Existing material may be reused if it remains clean and protected. Landscape restoration will be paid for on a lump sum basis. 7. Time required for completion shall be fifteen (15) working days from start of removal of completion of installation. Coordination and installation of beacons shall not be included in this time. 8. The contractor shall define the start date, but work shall be completed prior to July 30, 2020.
