Description

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit professional firms (Contractors) for detailed proposals to perform the expected work. A quality-based selection process will be used for evaluating proposals, whereby the Contractors will be rated on the basis of their responses to the RFP by a Review Committee. Selected contractors will be pre-qualified for future work. The expected work is detailed in Attachment B.
