The location of the work is: In Salt Lake City along Ashton Avenue, 900 East, Forest Dale Golf Course, Wood Hollow Condominiums and Warnock Avenue. Work is also along 700 East from I-80 south to 2700 South, Salt Lake City, Utah. The work to be performed consists of furnishing and installing the equipment, facilities, services, and appurtenances indicated in the Contract Documents. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, the following: Installation of approximately 3,300 feet of 48” welded steel pipe, crossing of the Jordan & Salt Lake Canal with 50 feet of 60” steel casing within the restricted time frame, construction of a flow control vault and all requirements of the vault, removal of 350 feet of 8” sanitary sewer, installation of approximately 58 feet of relocated 8” sanitary sewer, replacement of approximately 110 feet of 4” waterline with new 8” pipe, lining of approximately 1,900 feet of 10” sanitary sewer, relocation of storm drain cleanout box and a temporary parking lot, also landscaping restoration and final surfacing of golf course, parking areas and roadways.
