Description

De-Brush the Klaehn Merritt drain in Aboite TWP /SEC 1, beginning @ STA 30+75 Follow the drain south west to STA 31+75. TOTAL L.F. = 100’De-brushing: Remove all trees, logs, brush, rubbish, etc. within the ditch itself. All trees and brush on banks should be cut at the same angle of the bank. Stumps should be no taller than 3” from the ground. No large, desirable trees shall be cut unless and/or until directed by the Surveyor: All brush and trees must be chipped and hauled away. Trash and rubbish shall also be hauled away.
