FY 2021 Evergreen Avenue and Albert Avenue Road and Utility Improvements Project

Rerouting Albert Avenue from Evergreen Avenue (South) to Valley Court- Work includes: 1. Construction of 36" combined sewer from Evergreen Avenue ROW (North) east approximately 190 feet 2. Construction of 12" water main from Evergreen Avenue ROW (North) east approximately 190 feet. 3. Rerouting Albert Avenue to extend westerly to Valley Court including paving; curb and gutter; sidewalks; drainage basins; and all other road work. 4. Construct parking area on north side of Albert Avenue west of Evergreen Avenue right-of-way Abandoning Evergreen Avenue from Albert Avenue to Valley Court: 1. Remove existing roadway. 2. Construct 36" combined sewer 3. Construct 12" water main 4. Raise grade (up to approximately 4 feet) and taper into adjacent parcels. 5. Construct pathways Evergreen Avenue from Valley Court to Oakhill Avenue: 1. Construct 24" combined sewer. 2. Construct 8" water main. 3. Reconstruct roadway and appurtenances. Parking Areas between intersection of Evergreen Avenue and Valley Court and Abbot Road: 1. Construct 21" combined sewer. 2. Construct 8" water main. 3. Reconstruct parking areas and appurtenances.
