Professional Services Architectural and Engineering

Architectural/engineering services in order to complete a facility renovation for the building at 1850 Davids Drive, Wilmington, OH, 45177. The Davids Drive facility is a 36,000 square foot facility previously used for a community college built in 2000 and is being renovated to house governmental offices. The work product is anticipated to include but may not be limited to a provision of professional services including development of specifications and assistance with developing public notices and bid packets, preparation of preliminary cost estimates of improvements which may include but may not be limited to replacement of HVAC units, limited interior demolition and rebuild, lighting, ventilation, flooring, painting, as well as limited floor plan design and development and tracking of timelines to meet move-in date. The work is also intended to incorporate financial analysis of various options with regard to utility efficiency and cost. The firm may oversee, manage and facilitate the project work or parts of the project work, providing regular updates to the County. Qualified firms shall have experience in public building renovation, design, architecture, planning, public bidding and bonds, construction and professional design services.
