Apple Creek North Tank Rehabilitation

The scope of work generally consists of furnishing all labor and materials required to make Coating Rehabilitations to the Apple Creek North Ground Storage Tank. The work at the Apple Creek North Ground Storage Tank shall include complete removal of all interior coatings down to bare metal (including the ceiling) and replace with a (3) coat zinc/epoxy/epoxy system. Make repairs to weld seams, edges, or pits as needed. Add sealant to lap joints or crevices as needed on the interior and exterior. Complete power wash of all exterior coatings. Make spot repairs on all exterior corrosion locations or flaking coatings with a spot repair primer on all bare metal repair areas, followed by a (2) coat system of epoxy /polyurethane coatings. Provide a non-slip surface in-between the handrails on the exterior roof and provide new bolts, washers, nuts, and manway gaskets at both tank side hatches. The project is located in Burleigh County North Dakota.
