Hallettsville North EDC Property Utilities Services

The City of Hallettsville has established a target commencement date for construction activities as September 23, 2022. The projected completion date is estimated to be September 18, 2023. The City of Hallettsville reserves the right to phase the construction of the Project or modify the schedule as needed and determined by the City of Hallettsville due to modifications in scope. The facility will be located on US 77, approximately 0.6 miles north of the City of Hallettsville City Limits. Principal items of construction will consist of 5,268 LF of 8" PVC water line, 2,073 LF of 6" PVC water line, 3,305 LF of 10" gravity sewer, 632 LF of 6" wastewater force main, wastewater lift station and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete project. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding to use proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in error in the Unit Bid Quantities and/or Bid Amounts.
