South End Chain Link Fence Replacement at SPAR Maintenance If an electronic bid is submitted be sure to insert your state contractor's license number in the field provided when the bid with alternates amounts to $50,000 or more. Insert the number assigned by the designer to each addenda received (i.e. 1, 2, 3, etc.) or zero, if none, in the additional field provided. If you download plans with the intention of bidding, please contact angela.mcnicoll@shreveportla.gov @ 318-673-5454 or fax 318-673-5408 to be added to the plan holders list. Include your company name, address, e-mail, phone and fax numbers. When the total Quote with alternates is $150,000 or more, do not submit a quote.
