Region: 1 Counties: Clear Creek, Summit Eisenhower Johnson Memorial Tunnel Groundwater infiltration into the tunnel excavation permeating through the liner has occurred for decades, resulting in excessive labor efforts in repairs and managing water. The Grouting and Structural Repair project aims to fix this by drilling through the tunnel liner and the initial support members, into the rock mass, and applying consolidation grouting.
