Roof Replacement Manassas City Hall and Harry J Parrish Building

Roof replacement Manassas City Hall located at 9027 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110 and Harry J Parrish Building located 9025 Center Street, Manassas, VA 20110. The Work includes, but is not limited to removal of the existing ballasted EPDM roofing system, salvage of existing roofing insulation and installation of a new fully adhered PVC roofing membrane and associated flashings. Replacement of existing roof drains and tie-in to existing roof drain lines. Installation of new overflow roof drains and new overflow roof drain lines including projecting lines through exterior walls. Installation of new wood framing, blocking, sheathing, etc., at perimeter of roof sections. Installation of new copper copings with integral flange for mounting of Christmas lights. Replacement of existing skylight/smoke hatches at stairwells (2 total). Replacement of existing roof hatches (2 total) Installation of new Multiple Conduit Enclosures (MCE) and rerouting of existing electrical and refrigerant lines, servicing various equipment, through MCEs. Installation of new electrical circuits and exterior outlets servicing Christmas lights. Installation of new through-wall flashings. Replacement of existing sealant joints at pre-cast concrete cladding elements. Replacement of existing sealant joints at control joints in brick masonry veneer. Replacement of existing sealant joints at curtain wall and windows. Replacement of existing sealant joints at door.
