Project Description: Construct New ES#18, New MS#6, New HS#4, Performing Arts Center, and Administration & Staff Development Center as well as associated sitework, roadways, parking, and utilities work. Construction Budget: The estimated overall construction value of the project(s) which includes cost of work for the construction, Construction Manager at Risk Contractor fees and contingencies is approximately: a. Elementary School #18 - Thirty-Eight Million Dollars ($38,000,000.00) b. Middle School #6 - One Hundred Twenty Million Dollars ($120,000,000.00) c. High School #4 - Two Hundred Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($235,000,000.00) d. Performing Arts Center - Forty-Five Million Dollars ($45,000,000.00) e. Administration & Staff Development Center - Thirty-Five Million Dollars ($35,000,000.00) As of May 10, 2023, a construction manager has been selected and will be sending out each location as a separate project.
