Multi-Well Plugging Contract for Orphaned, Abandoned Wells Region 1

The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection is soliciting bids to establish a contract for a multi-well plugging contract for orphaned, abandoned wells, Region 1.A bond in which a third party agrees to be liable to pay a certain amount of money in the event a selected bidder fails to accept the contract as bid.
