Renovation of a mixed-use development in Rockford, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. Direct all questions relative to this Invitation for Bid including specifications, Instructions to Bidders, and Conditions in writing to the Director of Purchasing via email at PurchasingDeptStaff@rps205.com. During the time the bid is in the open solicitation and unawarded phase, Bidders may not contact any District staff or design consultants to inquire about the bidding process or any of the details contained in the Bid Package except in writing and by email to Director of Purchasing. Communication with District staff or representatives in a manner other than identified herein may result in disqualification. Tuesday, May 24, 2022; RPS Board Meeting Wednesday, May 25, 2022; Award / Notice to Proceed Furnish in the amount of 100% of the Contract after award. The District reserves the right to waive any irregularities and/or reject any or all bids when, in the opinion of the District, such action will serve the best interests of the District No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids without written consent of the District.
