Heating, Ventilation and AC Replacement Labor and Workforce Development Building

The DPMC is seeking to engage the services of an HVAC engineering firm with the objective to upgrade the HVAC system in the Labor and Workforce Development Building to a high energy efficiency system. The Labor and Workforce Development Building is a thirteen (13) story office building, which was constructed in 1963. The consultant shall provide the design, drawings and specification to replace all air handlers and the heating and air conditional system as outlined in the HVAC Evaluation Summary included in the Scope of Work. If a firm is not currently prequalified, a completed prequalification application must be received by Tuesday, June 6, 2023, no later than 4:00 PM in order for a firm to be eligible to submit on this project.
