Nylander Museum Water Damage Repairs

Contractors to do water damage repairs at the Caribou Nylander Museum. The scope of the work will include repairs or replacement of all piping for the sprinkler system above the ceilings. The system must be inspected and tested from a certified sprinkler alarm system company. Insulation in the north gallery shall be installed at a minimum of R38. A new ceiling shall be installed which will match the south gallery and main entrance. Acoustic board which is readily available at local retailers shall be used. All trim for the ceiling shall match the Main and South gallery. The ceiling and trim boards must be painted to match the rest of the building. The hardwood floors shall be sanded to remove the cupping, then stained and sealed.
