| Description | Provision of the following to the Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) Puuwai Momi Management Office at located at 99-132 Kohomua Street, Aiea, Hawaii 96701: 1) Furnish 345 5-lb ABC all purpose fire extinguishers. Each extinguisher shall be dated and tagged with an inspection tag. Delivery shall be completed within six (6) weeks of the HPHA's issuance of a Notice to Proceed (NTP) unless there are circumstances beyond the Awardee's control and are acceptable to the HPHA. NTP is anticipated to be issued on May 2, 2022. 2) Coordinate with the HPHA for pick up of existing fire extinguishers for disposal within two (2) weeks after delivery of the replacement extinguishers. |
