A new playground will be installed at Darien Lakes State Park, north of Harlow Lake. The project will include play equipment installation, landscaping, site work, and drainage work. Project Specific Liquidated Damages (Refer to Article 14.10 of the General Conditions). $1,500.00 The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond/Payment Bond in the statutory form of public bonds required by Sections 136 and 137 of the State Finance Law, each for 100% of the amount of the Contract.
