Description | The City of San Ramon will be accepting sealed bids for its Dougherty Station Community Center Renovation Project (CIP 200004). The Project is located at Dougherty Station Community Center (DSCC), 17011 Bollinger Canyon Road, San Ramon, CA 94582. This Project will provide new interior finishes, space reconfiguration, ADA upgrades, and exterior sliding entry doors to accommodate planned community programs. The Project must be fully completed within 149 calendar days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed. City anticipates that the Work will begin on or about December 5, 2022, but the anticipated start date is provided solely for convenience and is neither certain nor binding. Request for Information Deadline Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. Anticipated Start Date Monday, December 5, 2022 Target Construction Finish Friday, April 28, 2023 Target Final Certification of Occupancy Friday, April 28, 2023 Target Project Completion Friday, May 12, 2023 Requests for Information. Questions or requests for clarifications regarding the Project, the bidprocedures, or any of the Contract Documents must be submitted in writing to Steve Rickenbacher, Construction Manager, at stevenr@roebbelen.com by 9:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 25, 2022 (the "Request for Information Deadline"). Oral responses are not authorized and are not binding on the City. Questions received any later than the Request for Information Deadline might not be addressed before the bid deadline. An interpretation or clarification by City in response to a written inquiry will be issued in an addendum. |
