| Description | Consulting services to include external plan review and inspection of building projects, and provide other similar services such as the services identified in this RFP. The selected consultant shall provide building inspection and plan check services as requested by the County. Such services shall include review of construction drawings to assure compliance with County and State adopted laws and codes; interacting with permit applicants and County Staff; and conducting inspections for purposes of certifying code compliance. Specific projects for plan review and inspections may include residential, non-residential, and industrial projects. Any single job may require one or subsequent reviews of submitted plans.
