Description

To install new lockable door pairs on current framework. Vendor to mount magnetic parts to the new doors for fire alarm system. Work must be completed by 6/25/21 A total of 11 door pairs: (Seven thresholds at 60" x 80" x6" & Four thresholds at 60" x 85" x6"_Common to all Door Pairs: Replacement Hinges; Stainless Steel Kick Plates; Panic Hardware; 90-minute Fire Rated Doors and Glass; Hydraulic Door Closers / Dampeners; Magnetic Door Holder Catches (Part of Fire Alarm); and ´x ´Vertical Windows. Warranty of one year for installation and five years for manufacturing.
