Contractor is to provide Landscape Services and paver maintenance for the Valley Metro Rail Operations and Maintenance Center located at 605 South 48th Street, Phoenix, Arizona, Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility located at 3320 N. Greenfield Road, Mesa, and along the light rail alignment located in Phoenix, Tempe, and Mesa. Buildings and land included in this project include the Operations and Maintenance Center, Bus Operations and Maintenance Facility, Park and Ride Lots, Operator Facilities, Security Offices, Passenger Stations, Sub-Stations, Signal Buildings, and land within the curbs delineating the track guide-way.
