The project is located at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of a base and two options. It includes all equipment, materials, labor and supervision for a complete project. Type of work included; remove and replace selected steel lintels, brick jack arches, several courses of brick above lintels, flashing at lintels, through wall flashing at limestone band, selected brick masonry wall repairs, pointing, cleaning, sealing, sealant at opening perimeters, and exterior painting
