Furnish Brewerton WWTP Gallery Fan Replacement Project

The scope of work for this project will include the replacement of two (2) air supply fans for the gallery and (2) exhaust fans for the gallery. The work will include removal, disposal and replacement of the existing fans, dampers and drip pans and replacement of these items with new. All duct work and electrical work will be included as necessary to complete the installation. Work involves the replacement of four (4) fans, two exhaust and two supply fans on the aeration deck of the Brewerton WWTP. The work will include the removal and demolition of the existing fans. Contractor shall include in the bid necessary electrical work to disconnect the existing louver and fan motor and reconnect the new items once completed. No other control work is expected. Furnish and install new galvanized duct drop and interlocked automatic air damper from supply and exhaust fan into the existing space. Furnish and install 2 new galvanized drip pans in the gallery space at each supply fan to match the existing configuration. Contractor shall be responsible for taking all measurements necessary to insure the proposed fans are compatible with existing curbs, that the proposed motorized dampers are compatible with the existing openings and all necessary clearances are maintained. Any and all modifications to accommodate the new equipment shall be included in the bid price
