| Description | This project includes removing and installing a new air handling unit, installation of exhaust fans and relocation, extension of mechanical and plumbing systems to support the new AHU replacement. Roof penetrations, structural reinforcing and roof patching are also a part of the project. All proposals must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of the proposal. Successful bidder to provide a 100% Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner reserves the privilege of rejecting any or all proposals or waiving any irregularities or formalities in any proposal in the bidding. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract on a combined basis of bid amounts. |
