Description	Engineering firms to perform evaluations and design engineering services and design related to repairs, maintenance and new construction for the Back River WWTP Sparrows Point Outfall Rehabilitation and Replacement. 1. Experience in analyzing inspection data and selecting rehabilitation methods based of field conditions of large diameter (48” to 96” diameter) wastewater piping systems. 2. Experience in design of trenchless rehabilitation methods for large diameter wastewater piping systems. 3. Experience in planning, design, permitting and construction management of large diameter multi-port treated wastewater outfalls. 4. Experience in design, permitting and construction management of post aeration and de-chlorination facilities of treated wastewater effluent with average daily flows of 40 to 80 million gallons per day. 5. Experience in planning, design, permitting and construction management of wastewater pumping stations with average daily capacity over 40 million gallons per day. 6. Manpower availability and ability to complete assignments within time and budget. 7. Experience in preparation of Bid Documents and Cost Estimates including QA/QC procedures to be performed at critical stages 8. Overall team approach to utilize, manage, and coordinate assigned tasks of the Minority/Women Business Enterprises partners and to conform to City goals.
