Pre-Demolition Assessment

Environmental testing firm to provide a predemolition assessment on several properties that are to be destroyed, demolished and removed from their existing site. The contractor shall identify any materials that must be remediated prior to construction or noted with construction debris following demolition, consistent with federal and state regulations. The contractor shall assume full responsibility and liability for compliance with applicable federal, state and local regulations pertaining to work practices, materials handling, protection of workers, visitors to the site and persons occupying areas adjacent to the site.
