Fulton Street Parking Deck

The proposed Fulton Street Parking Deck project consists of constructing a five-level parking deck providing 1,010 (805 in structured and 205 surface lot) spaces. The proposed project will utilize the existing surface parking lot at the intersection of Fulton and Pollard Streets, across from the GSU Convocation Center, which is currently under construction. It is approximately two acres in area and slopes from NE to SW corner with a gradient of 20’.
