Description | The bid will be for the furnishing of labor, materials, equipment, bonds, and insurance for completing all work including but not limited to: earthwork, site demolition, utilities, exterior improvements, flat concrete, ICF concrete, termite control, masonry, metals & erection, millwork, insulation, damp proofing, joint sealing, standing seam sheet metal roofing, TPO Roofing, doors, frames, hardware, coiling doors, aluminum framed entrances and storefronts, glazing, drywall, metal studs, acoustical ceilings, ceramic and quarry tiling, LVT, carpet, rubber and metal cove base, painting and finishing, interior and exterior signage, various specialty items, food service equipment, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and fire alarm. Bids received more than ninety-six (96) hours, excluding Saturday, Sundays, and holidays, before the time set for opening bids, as well as bids received after the time set for opening bids, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Contract Documents may be obtained at Ardmore Photocopy & Reproduction Co. Proposer must contact Ardmore Photocopy & Reproduction Co. directly with an exact list of contract documents requested.
