The project scope includes the new construction of seven 5,200-square-foot buildings on 2.45 acres. As of September 27, 2022 the project is in design stage. The City of Washington Board of Adjustment approved a special use permit on September 1, 2022. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. Construction is planned to begin in the fall of 2022.
