| Description | The Owner will receive bids for the interior renovation of the existing Village Hall. The Work will include: Minor Demolition, Painting, Carpet Tile, Ceramic Tile Restoration, Resilient Flooring, Minor Carpentry and Temporary Furniture Removal and Replacement. BASIS OF BIDS: Bids will be a single contract, stipulated sum. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any errors, omissions or irregularities in the bids or the bidding procedure when, in the opinion of the Owner, such action will serve its best interests. Any bid which is not accompanied by the required bid security or by any other documents or certifications required by the Bidding Documents, and any bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular, is subject to rejection at the sole discretion of the Owner. |
