Addition of a Third Elevator at Burnet Transit Center/Casa DE Amiigos Station

This work consists of furnishing all necessary equipment, labor, material, and, supervision to add a 3rd elevator @ METRO Burnet Transit Center (TC)/ Case De Amigos Station located @ 1450 N Main St Houston, TX 77002. The facility with the existing/proposed elevators is shown as follows: Scope of Work: 1. METRO Burnet TC is operational since 2015. 2. Burnet Station serves the METRO Rail i.e. Northline on the upper deck 3. Burnet TC serves the bus traffic @ the ground level 4. There are 2 (two) elevators and 1 (one) stairway connecting the top and bottom level. 5. The site is shown pictorially as follows.
