2022 Friend of the Court - HVAC Upgrades

The County of Hillsdale will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified contractor for the 2022 Friend of the Court - HVAC Upgrades. The work invoices the removal of the existing heating hot water system and the installation of a variable refrigerant flow heat pump system. Due to the timing of the work, the existing heating hot water boiler and terminal heating units will remain in operation until the new system is operational. Once the new system is operational, the existing heating hot water system will be removed. A Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of Base Bids shall accompany each proposal. The Bid Security may be in the form of a Bid Bond, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of thirty (30) days after the bid date. Additional bond requirements are listed in the bid specifications. The County of Hillsdale reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, accept a bid other than the low bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities and/or errors in the bid proposals which they feel to be in best interest of the County.
