Fleet Management Carwash Facility Roll-Up Door Replacement: This request for quote is for a lump sum total to completely replace both North and South facing 14’ roll up doors, tracks, electric power operators, manual override chains and release, optical sensors, door bottom edge sensors, all wiring connections, conduit, hardware, supplies and permits; as needed to complete the replacement and installation. The quoted amount should also cover the complete removal and haul away/ disposal, of the old doors, tracks, operators, materials and site clean up. Doors , tracks, and anchoring: should meet or exceed all local, state and regional hurricane codes. Door color should be white or “off white” (Almond) colored. Tracks should be painted to match building with Sherwin Williams Epoxy paint, to resist corrosion and rust.
