Description

Plans call for a new public works building at Cherry Land and Souderton-Hatfield Pike. Plans for the facility also include a salt shed. The project appeared before the Franconia Township Planning Commission on March 7, 2022 for subdivision and land development review. As of March 2, 2023, the project remains under review. An architect has been selected. Information regarding the selection of a general contractor has not been disclosed. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is not anticipated to begin until 2023.
