RFQ - Utilities Infrastructure Condition Assessment and Prioritization Authority-Wide

To provide professional services related to condition assessment and development of a utilities prioritization plan for each of Massport facilities including Logan International Airport, Hanscom Field, Worcester Airport, Conley Container Terminal and Flynn Cruiseport Boston and other Massport development properties. The Consultant must be able to work closely with the Authority, and other interested parties, in order to provide such services in a timely and effective manner. The Consultant shall demonstrate experience in several disciplines including, but not limited to Utilities Assessment, Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrification, Energy Management/Energy Information, Code Compliance, Cost Estimating, Climate Resiliency, and in the advanced use of digital technology. The contract will be work order based, and Consultant's fee for each work order shall be negotiated; however, the total fee for the contract shall not exceed ONE MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,500,000).
