This procurement is subject to: Participation goals for MBEs and/or WBEs as required by Local Law 1 of 2013 The date for Substantial Completion is 1095 consecutive calendar days Roof Drains with Basket Strainer, Replacement of damaged masonry in specified locations, including removal of existing masonry as required for replacement, Provide new brick/concrete masonry units system to seal opening in area of removal, face brick to be keyed in to existing and shall match existing brick after cleaning. 1. Existing interior walls, floors and ceilings. 2. Existing masonry & steel lintels in window openings. 3. Existing window units, sills, and security screens. 4. Existing doors and frames. 5. Existing wood sheathing, cement board, gypsum board, and plaster 6. Existing toilet partitions in toilet rooms. 7. Existing wall tile, floor tile, and Structural Glazed Tile. 8.
