| Description | The scope of this project is to replace portions of the primary Chilled Water and Hot/Chilled Water piping, perimeter Fan Coil Units and controls associated with the HVAC system at the Health Services building in Frankfort. This project will include mechanical replacements, electrical upgrades to pump controls, as well as associated controls upgrades and programming. Additionally, interior finishes upgrades to fan coil unit cabinetry will be implemented within this scope of work. |
