Phase I Water System Improvements

This project consists of the installation of 5,200 LF of 8 HDPE DR11 Water Line, 20 LF of 8 Ductile Iron Water Line, 50 LF of 6 HDPE DR11 Water Line, 100 LF of 6 Ductile Iron Water Line, 360 LF of 6 HDPE DR11 Horizontal Directional Bore, 5 EA Tie-Into Existing 6 Water Line, 1 EA Tie-Into Existing 2 Water Line, 1 EA 8 Gate Valve, 1 EA 6 Gate Valve, 4 EA Concrete Anchor on HDPE Water Line, and other miscellaneous items of work. A bidder may not withdraw the Bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of bids. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Ices Run Route 250 Public Service District in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bidders must comply with the Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Copeland AntiKickback Act, and the Contract Works Hours Safety Standards Act. Contractor is required to provide the Drug Free Workplace Certification in accordance with WV Code 21-ID-5. All Bidders are required to have a West Virginia Contractors License per Section 21-11-11 of the West Virginia Code. Upon receipt for bids, kindly respond with expression of interest by September 20, 2022 to Matthew Fluharty, PE, Principal, and CEC via email at mfluharty@cecinc.com. The Ices Run Route 250 PSD reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids received after the scheduled closing time for the reception of bids will be returned unopened to the bidders.
